What we are
Semperworks is a small team building software for Indian import/export businesses.
We're not a typical SaaS company. Our founders run Unceasing Impex, a working trading firm that imports and exports incense and pooja items. Every product we build starts with a problem we've personally felt — usually expensive, usually frustrating, usually something existing software doesn't solve for the Indian trade reality.
The origin
We built our first product, Vetrade, after losing money to a fraudulent supplier. The verification process we wished we'd done — GST history, IEC status, B2B platform footprint, news and fraud scans — existed as a dozen different websites and manual checks. We got tired of doing it by hand. We got tired of other traders we knew getting burned the same way. So we built it.
Now we use Vetrade on our own sourcing. Other Indian traders use it too. We're building the next product next.

Built by Unceasing Impex
Semperworks is the technology arm of Unceasing Impex. We fund ourselves, answer to our customers, and ship on our own timeline. No VCs telling us to chase US buyers. No board deck pressure to pivot to crypto. Just software that works for the traders we grew up with.
Semper = "always" in Latin — ties to Unceasing Impex. Works = engineering signal. "Always at work."
